Salmon with Tomato Egg

Dinner can be simple sometimes. I cooked myself a grilled salmon and tomato eggs for dinner tonight. The salmon is cooked with some terriyaki sauce. It was so yummy! I should cook salmon again for John when he comes back.

By the way, he requests a oreo cheesecake for this Friday when he comes back from Arizona. Hopefully the cheesecake will turn out alright since that will be my first attempt making that.

Weather is getting colder nowadays. I need to dig out my thick jacket from my closet. Trees are all turning into yellow and orange. It won't be fun for John when all the leaves fall. haha~
